Preston Webb – President, Owner & Licenced Director 

  • Preston has over 40 years of experience in funeral and cremation services in several parts of the world and has been licenced in British Columbia for 30 years he has worked for several funeral homes in the Greater Vancouver area
  • Preston started A Basic Cremation in 2005 which later incorporated in 2013 to become A Basic Cremaition Inc. his goal was to offer a reasonable and practical alternative to the high fees funerals can incur, free from excessive markups, sales pitches, and a bottom line focus.

Wes Webb – Apprentice Director  

  • Wes is an apprentice director, cremation specialist, and operations manager who has been working with A Basic Cremation Inc. since 2009

I am very relieved and glad I found A Basic Cremation on google search after all. I have inquired other funeral homes and felt discouraged and disappointed because they were just bunch of money grabbers with very friendly smiles. Be careful.
