I am very relieved and glad I found A Basic Cremation on google search after all. I have inquired other funeral homes and felt discouraged and disappointed because they were just bunch of money grabbers with very friendly smiles. Be careful. It can be deceiving when you are emotional after losing a loved one.
Some reviews mentioned Preston, the owner, was rude and not personal because he went straight to a full detailed information and lots of it at once in terms of what next... he wasn't rude, he was giving an honest and very accurate steps without the fake small talks and smiles. Honestly, I found that very important especially when I was emotional and overwhelmed with my beloved grandmother's passing. I needed to know I am not being taken advantage of. Preston and his team have provided a caring service with respect and dignity by committing to only an honest and cost effective service. If you are searching for a simple cremation to trust your loved one to the final step, look no further.
